Hometown Hero Banners — Order Form

American Legion McVeigh-Burnworth Post 20 in collaboration with Bremen Area Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Bremen are sponsoring the “Hometown Hero Banners” that will hang along the main streets of Bremen, Ohio. These banners are Individually purchased by family members and Rushcreek Township Volunteers will hang them annually. There are a limited number of spaces provided for the banners. We will accept 15 orders per year. If you are interested in purchasing one please read the following guidelines. If accepted you will receive the opportunity to verify the correctness of the submission with a proof.

1. The hero must be from our Fairfield County areas ie: Rushcreek or Richland Twp, Bremen Village, etc. Current active duty and reservist have first priority.
2. Only name, branch and city will be displayed
3. Photo must be provided by the purchaser. This can be emailed as a high quality digital image or a high quality photo can be sent to be scanned and returned. Most photos taken with a camera phone are not high quality. They need to be 100-120 pixels per inch.
4. Completed form along with $150 submitted by January 31, 2024 to the above address. Final price varies on the quantity we order. Purchaser would be responsible if we incur any return check fees.
5. If the banners actual cost is more than $150 you will be contacted and offered the choice to pay the additional fee or receive a refund. We apologize but we cannot guarantee the price.
6. Once banners are placed they cannot be moved. There are no special location requests. They may be partially obstructed by traffic signs/trees. If damaged by storms we will not be responsible for replacement.
7. Banners are only guaranteed to be hung one year. We attempt to hang up to 2 additional years if good.
